We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item to us or exchange it for another item.
You may exchange your item at any Gingersnaps retail stores in Singapore within 15 working days from the date of delivery/collection. Please bring along your order invoice. You may exchange your item for another item of equal value or higher, in which case, you will need to top up with a payment in store. If exchanged item is of lower value, we regret that we are unable to refund the balance.
Please contact us with your return request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order. You may return the item(s) by mailing it back to our office (21 Bukit Batok Crescent #28-84 Wcega Tower Singapore 658065) during weekdays 10am to 5pm with a trackable mode of delivery to ensure that the parcel safely reaches us. Please attach a copy of your order invoice together with the return package. Customers are responsible for postage fees on return packages. Your return must reach us within 15 business days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number and/or a copy of the order invoice.
Store Credits and Processing Time
After your return package is received, the returned item(s) will be inspected and if approved for return, you will be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s) within 5-7 business days. We do not provide cash refunds. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded. Store credits are valid for a one-time use within 6 months from the date of issue.
Returns and exchanges are not allowed on SALE items or specially marked down items, intimates, swimwear and accessories. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Condition of Returns and Exchanges
All returned and exchanged products must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact and in original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if a returned product does not meet these requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.
