We endeavour to ship out all orders as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. An email will be sent to your registered email address to notify you once the order has been shipped. If an order is time-sensitive we would strongly suggest to choose Express Shipping option at checkout for priority handling. Please note that deliveries are not available on weekends. Please note that during peak season and sales periods, processing time might be longer than usual due to high order volume. Your business is important to us and we make every effort to expedite the processing of your order.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except for countries with Gingersnaps retail stores. Please note that Standard International Courier takes approximately 10-20 days, depending on individual destination. In light of the current COVID-19 situation, delivery times may be longer than usual. Delivery timeframes include the packing of your order upon confirmation. All deliveries come with a tracking number.

Taxes & Duties
Please note that taxes and duties may be imposed in the destination country. Recipients will be responsible for the taxes and duties in the destination country. Parcels may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, the recipients will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed. If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

We are unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our couriers only accept deliveries to standard addresses.
