I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
At the ‘Sign In' Page, click on 'Forgot password?' and you will be prompted to enter your email address which your account was registered under. If the email address is registered in our system, you will receive a password reset email. Click on the link in the password reset email to reset your password.
I have a new email address, how do I update my profile?
Sign in to your account, and click on 'My Account'. Click on ‘Information’, input your new email address and click 'Save'.
Do you offer free shipping?
Gingersnaps offers free Standard Shipping within Singapore, with a minimum spend of S$80. For purchases below S$80, a flat shipping rate is charged for Standard Shipping within Singapore. Express Shipping is also available for a fee. Please note that free shipping entitlement is based on the final amount payable after deduction of vouchers, discounts and store credits. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
How long does it take to deliver my order? Are there express shipping options to receive my order sooner?
We endeavour to ship out all orders as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. An email will be sent to your registered email address to notify you once the order has been shipped. If an order is time-sensitive we would strongly suggest to choose Express Shipping option at checkout for priority handling. Please note that deliveries are not available on weekends. Please allow 3-5 days for Standard Shipping, and 1-2 days for Express Shipping. Please note that during peak season and sales periods, processing time might be longer than usual due to high order volume. How do I place an order?
Click on 'Shop' to reveal a dropdown list of different navigation tabs (i.e Boys, Girls, Baby Girls, Baby Boys) to view our collections. You may also click on ‘New Collections’ to reveal our latest collections. You will be able to select the size of the product or add them into the shopping bag. For products that are out of stock, you will not be able to select the product size. Click on the product image to view more information on the product. At any point, to go back to the homepage, you can click on the logo on the top left. To complete your order, click the ‘Shopping Bag’ displayed on the top right corner of the page, and follow through the steps. For new customers, we recommend that you create an account before placing an order in order to track all order history. If you do not wish to do so, you may also proceed with a guest checkout.
How do I find a specific item?
You may click on the ‘Search’ button at the top right hand corner of the page, and enter the keywords or name of the product to search. You may also use the ‘categories’ and 'filters' to sort by category, collection, price, size, colour, etc.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripes. For Singapore based customers with a registered Paynow account, payment can be made via Paynow transfer by scanning our corporate Paynow QR code when you checkout by selecting "Paynow QR".
What if the item that I want to buy is sold out?

I am buying a present, what are the different gift services you provide?
If you are buying a gift, we recommend that you choose our gift box option upon check out. More information on our gift boxes may be found under Gift Boxes. Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses for an order. If you would like to ship your gifts to various locations, please purchase each gift as a separate order.
Can I edit or cancel my order once it's been placed?
We are committed to getting your packages to you as soon as possible. However, this means that orders are final once placed. Our systems are fully automated so that once an order is received, it is sent to our warehouse to be packed and shipped. You will not be able to amend or combine orders, or change delivery options. How do I track my package delivery status?
If your package has not been received more than 7 working days after our estimated delivery times for your destination, please get in touch with us with your order number and we will check on the delivery status. Please do note that delivery time may vary depending on the country where the goods are shipped to. You may check our estimated delivery time under Shipping Policy.
What is the best way to wash and maintain Gingersnaps clothes?
We strongly recommend following the washing instructions on the care labels of our products. Many of our clothes are 100% cotton, which we suggest washing in cold water with a low tumble dry setting. All of our clothes are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. Some of our special products using delicate materials and embellishments, must be handwashed gently. Avoid harsh detergents and those that contain brighteners or bleach.
